Professur Nachhaltige Transformationsprozesse in Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft

Die Professur „Nachhaltige Transformationsprozesse in Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft“ versteht sich als interdisziplinäre Brückenstelle zwischen Technik, Naturwissenschaft, Wirtschaft, Gesellschaft und Praxis. Sie adressiert die Herausforderungen des 21. Jahrhunderts: den Klimawandel und die damit notwendige Transformation im strukturellen und gesellschaftlichen Denken und Handeln. In Forschung und Lehre werden naturwissenschaftlich-technische Grundlagen mit sozialwissenschaftlichen Perspektiven und Technikfolgenabschätzung verknüpft, mit einem besonderen Schwerpunkt auf Bildung für nachhaltige Entwicklung und Lehrformate im internationalen Kontext. Auf dieser Grundlage begleitet die Professur Studierende dabei, Nachhaltigkeit, Energiewende und soziale Verantwortung integrativ zu denken und ihr Wissen in unterschiedlichen Praxisfeldern gestaltend umsetzen zu können.

• Naturwissenschaftliche Grundlagen (im Kontext regenerativer Energien)
• Klimawandelfolgen und nachhaltige Anpassung
• Technik- bzw. Innovationsfolgenabschätzung
• Nachhaltigkeit im Unternehmenskontext
• Projektmodul mit der Fakultät Soziale Arbeit zu „Soziale Gerechtigkeit und Klimaschutz“
