I have a degree in psychology and have been responsible for key competences and education for the Studium Generale at Mittweida University of Applied Sciences since 2016. Before that, I worked for ten years as a social psychology trainer and consultant in vocational adult education - both in commercial enterprises, in the non-profit sector and for educational institutions. My portfolio ranged from communication and methodological training to leadership development and team building. I also worked in human resources as a recruiter and personnel developer for around five years. My portfolio therefore also includes teaching aptitude diagnostics and individual counselling for career starters.
