About myself

I earned my Joint Master’s Degree in English and American Studies at the University of Venice Ca' Foscari (IT) back in 2010. Immediately afterwards, I started a PhD in English and Comparative Literature at the University of Bamberg (D). During that time, I spent several months as a researcher at the Universities of Warwick (UK) and Leeds (UK). Before taking up my job as an English lecturer at Mittweida University of Applied Sciences, I taught General English to Primary and Secondary school kids in North-Eastern Italy for about a year.

I may as well go on and mention a few other academic interests in what follows. For the sake of conversation, though, just know that I’d much rather talk about alternative music, Japanese art and, especially, your own needs and expectations as a learner of English (or Italian).
